Niall Vallely concertina workshop Saturday 9th July 2016 in Scotland

We're delighted that Niall Vallely has offered to facilitate a concertina workshop at this year's Newton Stewart & Minnigaff Traditional Music Festival on Saturday 9th July 2016.

It's part of a packed programme of events for this year which includes concerts by Buille, Jim Malcolm, Rachel Newton Trio, The Mohsen Amini Band, Macmath: The Silent Page, Fay Norris & David Ward, The Mermaids, Darcy DaSilva, The Cracked Man, Late Bloomers, Alan McClure, workshops in Writing (Findlay Napier), Fiddle (Claire Mann), Bodhrán (Michael Drain), Tin Whistle (Claire Mann), Singing (Robyn Stapleton), Highland Dancing (Paula Herries School of Highland Dancing), Pipes & Drums (Rhins of Galloway Pipes & Drums), An Introduction to Live Sound (Dave Miller), Tune & Song Writing Competitions, family friendly tune and song sessions, luthier exhibitors, pipe band's a wonderful weekend of events for all the family set at the foot of the beautiful Galloway Hills on the edge of the Galloway Forest Park in Dumfries & Galloway, South West Scotland.
